Dangerdan is a cartoonist and surrealist painter who uses a stream of consciousness, exploratory approach to spontaneously discover and create forms, characters, creatures and scenarios. His art is a vessel to depict events taking place in the uncharted corridors of his subconscious mind. Every drawing, painting, collage, costume, snapshot or video he produces is another hint towards inner truths that can only described with images. Dangerdan invites his audience to join him as a bystander in his creative process and analyze the emotions evoked by peering beyond the conscious and the compliant into the untamed unknown of the secret self.
